Red Velvet Creamy Mole Dressing

RED VELVET CREAMY MOLE DRESSING

Wow, talk about creamy velvet with all the right sensations! Perfect on any salad of greens! It’s good enough to drink! Reduced fat and it has a good refrigerated shelf life too!

Makes almost 1 quart

2 c. Red Velvet Mole

1/2 c. Balsamic vinegar

1 c. CASHEWGURT Probiotic strawberry cashew yogurt beverage – by FORAGER

1 t. salt

1/2 c. brown sugar

fresh grind black pepper to taste

1 t. guar gum

Place all ingredients, except guar gum, in blender container and blend till smooth.

Add guar gum, then blend till smooth again, finishing at high speed.

Let set for 15 minutes or longer; return and blend again.

Pour in capped bottle and refrigerate till ready to use.

Notes: My first try was drizzling it over head lettuce, tomatoes, sliced radishes, cubed extra firm tofu and sliced Tofurky PEPPERED PLANT-BASED DELI SLICES.

When eating a hot dog without a bun, it makes a great dipping sauce. Same is so for pan-fried chicken strips.
