Sometimes simple and easy meets perfection standards! This is one of those times! Asparagus only. SPICE TIME IMITATION CHICKEN BOUILLON. Salt and pepper. That is it. That’s all it takes to make a delectable asparagus soup. The soup and the Jade rice are fat-free; the pan-fried veggie dogs and drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, if you so choose, contribute a low-fat factor!!

That’s a GOAT. WALKOFF HOME RUN GRAND SALAMI, says Steve. He ate six cups of leftovers and enjoyed it as much as when it was fresh. Lots of moans. Music of satisfaction to my ears!

110×10 potato + 350 can corn + 310 fresh corn +240 margarine + 100 SILK milk +114 flour = 2,214 = 170 calories per cup minus the V. ham garnish.

Given the sublime GOAT nature of this chowder, 170 calories per cup is astounding! Go for it. Everybody deserves a taste of this low calorie treasure!

How can such a deliciously creamy dressing have no fat? Unless you count the fat that’s naturally in plain plant yogurt, it doesn’t. A creamy fresh tasting cilantro dressing for all occasions. Over salad, shredded cabbage, mixed into rice, served over beans, spooned over cooked veggies, used as a mayo substitute on sandwiches or a dipping sauce for plant meat. I love the stuff!! Right out of the jar.

Yup, we nailed sublime here! Applause please!

GINGER GOLD CHEW CUPCAKES

Golden raisins, crystallized ginger, sliced almonds, smoky soy protein, bananas mixed with oats, flour, flax, sugar brown & white, coriander, turmeric, powder gums and apple cider vinegar. Topped with brown sugar and baked to rise to new heights in culinary diet fare!

Except for the sliced almonds, no fat. Sugar content is low in comparison to most baked goods, offsetting the glycemic index with the apple cider vinegar added protein and complex carbs.

One muffin is a meal!

Right out of the oven you think you’re eating a caramelized butter cake with pockets of soft banana contrasted with crispy coriander sugared dough. Later the melt is muted, exposing all the textures and flavors!

No need for margarine or spreads!
