Hunger Associated With Allergies and/Or Sensitivities
Allergies make you hungry. I don’t know why, but they do. Maybe it’s because they put the body/brain into “alarm for harm” mode and eating or drinking is a way to cure it naturally, when the best cure might be to abstain.
Our wiring will evolve as our consumption evolves, so pay attention to what you do and don’t consume, as well as your propensity to over-consume certain foods or food groups, okay?
Consumption includes drugs, over-the-counter- or prescribed. Supplements too.
They all can cause allergic response or sensitivity that makes the body want to cure itself immediately – food and drink is what’s usually needed in times of an emergency occurring in or to the body.
What did the world do when people were allergic to peanuts and scientists had yet to realize that epinephrine would open passageways?

“Allergy treatment has been traced back as far as 3000 BC, according to the book Ancestors of Allergy. In China, herbs were used to treat asthma-like symptoms such as bronchial spasms. In Egypt at the same time, treatments for asthma were first developed.”
